Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Winchester provides homecare to clients in the Winchester area and surrounding ZIP codes. We are seeking caregivers to deliver compassionate, non-medical in-home care to a diverse client base.

As a Caregiver you will offer companionship, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation and occasional transportation. You will establish professional relationships with clients and families, ensuring punctual, reliable shifts and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience or willingness to provide non-medical in-home care.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle required.
• Ability to provide companionship, personal care and social engagement.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients' non-medical needs, including companionship, personal care and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Occasional Transportation
