SYNERGY HomeCare is actively seeking compassionate caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care to clients across our service area. You will contribute to clients' comfort, safety, and wellbeing with a warm, client-focused approach.

We offer competitive pay ($15–$17/hour), direct deposit, paid orientation and ongoing training, flexible schedules, and recognition programs to reward dedication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Home caregiving experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• An insured vehicle is preferred to support client visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and personal care to clients.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Remind clients about medications.
• Occasionally transport clients to appointments or activities.
• Establish professional communication with clients, families and co-workers.
