Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role.
• Comfortable in a pet-friendly environment.
• Able to understand and speak English for job duties.

• Organize daily activities and use POS tech to obtain meal orders as needed.

Job description

Pay ranges from $17.50- $21.50/ hour, based on experience, with the opportunities for shift differentials on evening and overnight shifts.

Full Time: 3pm-11pm and Part Time 11pm-7am shifts available

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Help our residents live their lives to the fullest by assisting them with their routines throughout their day.
• Build bonds through companionship.
• Show patience, compassion and empathy in each engagement with all residents and their families.
• Assist residents in organizing their day and activities and above all, enjoy themselves.
• Use of Point of Service technology to obtain meal orders from residents, as needed.

Caregiver Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
• Skilled in communicating effectively with others, including careful listening, sensitivity to others thoughts and feelings, timely and accurate reporting changes.
• Compassion and patience in all personal interactions.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks required in this type of role.
• Must be comfortable working in pet-friendly environment.
• Have the ability to understand and speak English at a level which allows the safe, efficient performance of the job.
