Job summary

Sevita is seeking compassionate caregivers to join Mentor Community Services in Delaware. You will assist individuals with personal care, daily living activities, and community participation, while building meaningful relationships and supporting their goals.

Qualifications

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
• Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance

• Support individuals with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Help participants be part of the community and engage in their favorite activities
