ModivCare in Schuylkill County, PA is seeking a Caregiver for one-on-one in-home support in Frackville. The shift schedule includes weekdays, with weekend hours and a compensation plan that features up to $13.50 per hour plus the caregiver rewards program.

Responsibilities include companionship, daily living assistance, and reminders for medications. Eligible caregivers must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to 25 miles to clients.

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed
