Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, Arizona, is seeking Care Partners to provide compassionate, personalized direct care to residents. You will assist with daily living activities and ensure comfort, safety, and well-being in a supportive team environment.

You will promote independence, respect privacy, and uphold dignity, while engaging residents in meaningful activities and maintaining clear communication with families and staff. Weekend rotation is expected as part of team coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current caregiver training/certification per state requirements.
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain.
• At least 12 months of experience in a professional caregiving setting.
• Experience with memory care is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while adhering to community protocols, licensing regulations, and safety guidelines.
• Prioritize independence and emotional support for residents through compassionate care, engagement, and companionship.
• Encourage participation in life enrichment activity programs.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, such as making beds and tidying rooms.
• Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents and staff.
