Job summary

Brookdale Senior Living is seeking caregivers to provide direct care to residents and support daily living activities in a warm, community-based setting. You may advance into roles such as CNA/STNA or Medication Technician (QMAP) as part of Brookdale's career path.

Responsibilities

• Caregivers provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence and treat each senior with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming and other personal care needs.
• Help residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping and dishes; engage residents in meaningful conversations.
• Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification may be required.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
