VillageCaregiving helps seniors stay independent at home, offering compassionate, heart-first care. We are seeking reliable caregivers to support daily tasks, companionship, and light housekeeping in clients' homes. Training is provided and a drivers license with insurance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Patient, practical, and caring attitude.
• Caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience is a plus, but not required.
• Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle, and active car insurance.

Responsabilités

• Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and basic hygiene.
• Mobility: Help clients sit, stand, walk, and transfer safely around the home.
• Household Help: Cook healthy meals, light housekeeping, laundry and dishes.
• Companionship: Talk with clients and provide meaningful social connection.
• Errands: Grocery shopping, pick up prescriptions, and transport to appointments.
• Observation: Keep simple records and report changes in health or behavior.

At VillageCaregiving, we help seniors stay independent in the comfort of their own homes.

We focus on personal, heart-first care, treating every client like family while supporting our care team with the respect, scheduling, and resources they need.

We are looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will help local seniors and individuals with disabilities handle day-to-day tasks so they can live safely at home.

This is a non-medical role centered on personal assistance, light housekeeping, and everyday companionship. It does not include medical responsibilities such as giving medications, dressing wounds, or administering injections.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and basic hygiene while respecting client privacy and dignity.

Mobility: Help clients sit, stand, walk, and transfer safely around the home to prevent falls.

Household Help: Cook healthy meals, handle light housekeeping like laundry and dishes, and keep living areas tidy.

Companionship: Talk with clients, share hobbies, and provide meaningful social connection.

Errands: Help with grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and driving to local appointments.

Observation: Keep basic records of care provided and let supervisors know if you notice changes in a client's health or behavior.

What We Are Looking For:

A patient, practical, and caring attitude. High school diploma or GED equivalent.Caregiving, HHA, or CNA experience is a plus, but not required. We offer paid training for the right person. Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, and active car insurance. Ability to pass standard background checks and drug screening.
