Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Clifton-Secaucus is seeking an Italian-speaking caregiver to join our team and provide compassionate in-home support to clients in Hudson County. You will deliver companionship, assist with daily living activities, and promote safety and independence in the clients' homes.

Responsibilities include light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation assistance when needed, and reliable communication with clients and family members.

• Fluent in Italian and English.
• Active HHA or CNA certification preferred.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

We are currently seeking an Italian-speaking caregiver to join our growing team and provide high-quality care and companionship to our clients.

Schedule: 8:30am - 3:30pm or 9am - 4pm (Mon- Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and meaningful social engagement

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (as needed)

• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Provide medication reminders

• Accompany clients to appointments or activities when appropriate

• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and office staff

• Deliver reliable, compassionate care while maintaining professionalism

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in Italian and English

• Active HHA or CNA certification preferred

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

• Reliable transportation is a plus

• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
