Job summary

Arcadia Homecare and Staffing is hiring a Personal Care Aide to provide essential in-home support to clients. The role offers flexible full-time and part-time schedules with consistent hours and opportunities for growth.

Pay is up to $13.00 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage; weekly pay with direct deposit; and daily pay option when available. Training is provided for new caregivers.

Qualifications

• Pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation (Driver’s license not required).
• Ability to complete TB testing.
• Willingness to learn and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Personal Care - Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Home Support - Perform light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, meal preparation.
• Transportation - Run errands, transport clients to appointments.

Key Responsibilities
