Job summary

Senior Helpers is hiring for full- and part-time in Diamond Springs and surrounding areas. No CNA license required, and we will train you to provide compassionate in-home care. Join a flexible team focused on improving clients' daily lives.

Responsibilities include companionship, transportation, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, and dexterity-assisted daily living tasks. Driving is required; background checks are standard for this role.

Qualifications

• No CNA license required, but a CNA license or prior caregiving experience is a plus.
• Willingness to be trained; we provide comprehensive onboarding.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and engage in conversations with clients.
• Assist with transportation for errands, grocery shopping, and appointments.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed.
• Give medication reminders and monitor health needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living and dementia care when required.

Some of your responsibilities could include, but are not limited to…

There are a few requirements before we get started…

• Driving is part of this job, so you’ll need reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and of course insurance!
• Next up, we do background checks, motor vehicle record checks, and a drug screening.
