Job summary

University Home Care in Dearborn, MI is seeking compassionate Arabic-speaking Caregivers to join our home-based care team. You will support clients with daily activities, accompany them to appointments, and help maintain independence and dignity in familiar surroundings.

Ideal candidates are reliable, compassionate, and able to communicate clearly. Prior caregiving is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Arabic language proficiency is required.
• Experience in caregiving or related healthcare roles preferred but not required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate empathy.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• Ability to pass background checks as required by state regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and evenings as needed.
• Arabic-speaking ability is a plus to better serve our clients.
