Job summary

Sevita’s ResCare Community Living in Texas is seeking caring staff to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will help with personal care, support daily activities, and help participants stay engaged in the community.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least six months in human services, strong communication and reliability, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive pay at $9.00 per hour with full benefits for full-time staff.

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and patient with individuals who have complex needs.

Pay Rate; $9.00/hour
