Job summary

Senior Helpers in Wakulla County, FL is urgently hiring caregivers to provide in-home care and support for seniors. If you have experience in home care or assisted living, you can make a meaningful difference in clients' daily lives.

You will assist with ADLs and IADLs, offer companionship, document care, and complete required trainings. We value compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn new skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, home care, assisted living, independent living, home health, or nursing assistance is REQUIRED.
• Caring and compassionate — you enjoy helping others
• Willingness to learn new skills to best assist your clients
• This position requires Level 2 background screening through Florida’s Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities

• Assist home care clients with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Assist home care clients with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support by engaging in conversation and recreational activities
• Complete thorough and proper personal care documentation for all client shifts
• Prompt arrival for all scheduled client shifts and training
• On-time completion of all required training courses
