Job summary

Addus HomeCare is seeking Home Care Aides to provide in-home support with a focus on compassionate, client-centered care. Positions offer flexible full-time or part-time hours to fit personal needs and schedules, with immediate hiring and opportunities to grow within a nationwide provider.

You will assist with activities of daily living, support household tasks, and help clients maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation to shifts and appointments.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and well-organized in a home-care setting.
• Two references (one professional, one personal) to verify work history.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide home support (light housekeeping, vacuuming, dusting, dishes).
• Prepare and serve meals for clients as needed.
