Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. in Susquehanna County seeks a compassionate caregiver to provide in-home companionship and daily living support. You will help with activities of daily living, monitor safety, and communicate concerns to families and supervisors.

We offer flexible full-time, part-time and weekend shifts, paid orientation, weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth. Earn up to $14 per hour plus referral bonuses and access the Caregiver Rewards Program.

• Must be willing to work in Susquehanna County, PA
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be able to travel up to 25 miles to client locations

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility
• Help with daily care such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Be a friendly face and a steady presence
