Job summary

Amivie is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, person-centered support for seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, companionship, and homemaking, following individualized care plans.

The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and respectful, with strong communication skills and a commitment to helping clients maintain independence and dignity at home.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Caregiving experience (PCA/CNA/DSP) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support, including dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, mobility, transfers.
• Assist with daily routines that support client comfort, independence and dignity.
• Provide companionship and meaningful engagement to reduce isolation and support emotional well-being.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, errands and other homemaker tasks.
• Support safe mobility, including walking, transferring, turning, positioning, and use of assistive equipment as appropriate.
• Provide medication reminders or assistance with pre-dosed medications within guidelines and regulations.
• Observe and report changes in client condition, behavior, needs, or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Follow each client’s care plan and document services accurately and timely.
• Maintain client confidentiality and uphold professional boundaries.
• Communicate respectfully with clients, families, supervisors, and care team members.
• Promote a safe, welcoming environment for every person supported.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior caregiving, home care, PCA, CNA, DSP, or direct support experience preferred, but
  not always required.
