Job summary

A caring home health agency in Connecticut is seeking a Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide compassionate home care. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care, driving clients to appointments, and offering companionship. Ideal candidates must have a High School Diploma, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check. Flexible scheduling options include weekdays, weekends, and live-in shifts. Qualifications

• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Previous experience as a Caregiver, HHA, CNA, PCA, or Companion preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Previous caregiver experience (HHA/CNA/PCA/Companion) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, personal care based on each client’s individualized Plan of Care.
• Escort or drive clients to appointments safely and on time.
• Assist with light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, grocery shopping, ambulation, and transfers.
• Support with dressing, bathing, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
• Provide medication reminders and document care as directed.
