Job summary

At Ease Home Care in Idaho is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide 1:1 in-home care, building trust and ensuring comfort for clients. The role includes day, night, weekend shifts and on-call availability, with a pay rate of $17-20/hr and weekly pay.

A focus on supporting independence and dignity in daily living is central to the position. As a caregiver, you will perform personal care tasks, assist with daily activities, and help maintain safety and well-being in the home.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home care or personal support preferred.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.
• Strong communication and empathy with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home care and build relationships with clients.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, ambulation, and daily living tasks.
• Remind about medications and help with meal planning and preparation.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety, report changes to supervisor.
