Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to clients in their homes, including personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medication and provide emotional support to clients
• Document client care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and regulations
