Job summary

City Net Homeless Services is seeking a Part-Time Caregiver to provide flexible in-home senior support. You will assist with daily living activities, meals, mobility, and companionship, in a way that honors dignity and privacy.

Set your own hours with weekday, evening, and weekend blocks; enjoy a supportive team, paid skills workshops, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience as a caregiver, HHA, or PCA preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or commitment to earn within 30 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols.
• Clear, compassionate communicator who respects client privacy.
• Reliable, punctual, and passionate about enriching everyday life for older adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care with dignity: bathing, grooming, dressing, and safe transfers.
• Prepare simple meals, tidy living spaces, and handle light laundry.
• Support daily mobility and therapist-approved stretches.
• Provide medication reminders and note wellness changes.
• Offer meaningful companionship: conversation, games, or outings.
