Job summary

Caring for Others is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in our Oregon communities. You’ll provide companionship, prepare meals, help with light housekeeping, and run errands in a patient, respectful manner.

You’ll assist with daily living activities, mobility and personal care, including support for clients with dementia, with training provided. Multiple shifts available, with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Experience in caregiving is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and assist with meals, light housekeeping and errands.
• Assist with personal care and mobility at clients’ homes.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's/dementia as needed.
• Perform nurse-delegated tasks under supervision when required.

Requirements

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are 18+ with a valid license and reliable, insured transportation
• Can pass a background check
• Visit and support multiple Clients as needed
• Have Caregiving, CNA, DSP, DSW, bilingual, or senior care experience (a plus, not required)
• Ability to work some or all the following: Day Shifts, Evening, NOC or Overnight Shifts, Weekend Shifts
