SYNERGY HomeCare in Appleton, WI is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team. You will provide non-medical support, companionship, and daily assistance to clients in their own homes, helping them live fuller lives with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship, errand running, and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, bathing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
