This role offers flexible schedules including full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts, weekly pay, and a rewards program. We value reliability, empathy, and respect for diverse families.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in Lehigh County.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel up to 25 miles to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care, companionship, and daily living support.
• Assist with dressing, bathing, meals, and mobility as needed.
• Keep client homes clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and help maintain healthy routines.
• Respect diverse client needs and remain a friendly, steady presence.

Job Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, toileting, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Comfortable working in diverse client homes and respecting various personalities and behaviors.
• Most importantly: Be a friendly face and a steady presence
