Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Alexandria, VA is seeking a Caregiver to support residents with activities of daily living, assist with mobility, dining, and personal care, while promoting safety and dignity in a compassionate environment.

You will follow individualized care plans, engage residents and families, and contribute to a warm, welcoming community. The role offers growth opportunities, benefits, and a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or ability to obtain it.
• Compassion, reliability and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Follow ISP and document changes to care plans.
• Promote safety, dignity and independence for residents.
• Engage residents through conversation and activities.
• Support dining services and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Communicate effectively with families and care leaders.
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for memory-challenged residents.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma/GED; age 18+
• CPR/First Aid (or ability to obtain)
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills

Pay Range: 16.05 - 20.10
