Job summary

Clear Path Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide quality care to our clients in the Abilene, Texas area.

This hourly position includes assisting clients with daily living tasks, monitoring health, and providing companionship. To qualify, applicants need 1 year of experience, a valid driver's license, and to pass background checks.

The role also offers competitive wages starting at $15/hour with benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• 1 year previous caregiving experience AND AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Monitor and record changes in client's health.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Escort clients to appointments and activities.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Communicate effectively with clients and healthcare team.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Job Summary

Clear Path Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide quality care to our clients in the Abilene, Texas area.

This is an hourly position in the home care field, where the caregiver will work directly with clients in their homes.

The current shift day/times that need filled are

• Part time with potential of full time

Compensation & Benefits

The In-Home Caregiver position offers a competitive hourly wage starting at $15.00 an hour, with weekly pay.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record changes in client's health and report any concerns to management
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc
• Escort clients to appointments, errands, and recreational activities
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for the client
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure quality care is being provided
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements

• 1 year previous caregiving experience AND AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD
