Qualifications

• Experience in high-touch customer service environments.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the local community.
• Comfortable documenting notes in an electronic system and using mobile apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide long-term, on-site, job support for the duration of an individual's employment.
• Serve as their coach and advocate to foster success in the workplace.
• Support their participation in volunteer and/or recreational activities to build self-advocacy and independent living.
• Engage in daily community-based travel, accompanying individuals to work and community sites (mileage reimbursement).
