Bizzell Group is seeking an instructional facilitator to lead individual and group lessons, focusing on Career Technical Education foundations, employability skills, and labor market information. You will coordinate with instructors to develop curricula, track student performance, and support placement services for graduates.
The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and professional behavior in a dynamic educational setting, with opportunities to advance within the center.
Facilitates individual and/or group lessons designed to assist students in preparation for success throughout the entire CDSS period. Provides facilitated instruction to students in varied classes and activities, development of skills for long-term employability.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office applications including Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel.
Computer Literacy with basic computer functions, email, internet, and basic programs such as Adobe Acrobat.
Outstanding and high level of communication skill, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with payroll and/or HR applications and programs or quick ability to learn.
Minimum of one to two years related experience in education. One year in sales, marketing, or counseling-related services, above-average public speaking skills, and experience in the same
Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent. A Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field from a four-year college or university and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Valid State Driver’s License.
