Responsibilities

• Provide employers with qualified candidates by developing local job seekers.
• Make connections for job seekers to open positions and employment.
• Help businesses recruit the best applicants for their jobs.
• Interview customers to assess service needs.
• Develop individual employment plans and referrals to jobs or training.
• Identify barriers and refer to appropriate resources.
• Maintain case files and provide ongoing case management.
• Document all customer interactions with well-written case notes.
• Stay informed on market research tools and industry trends.
