Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8 years relevant work experience may substitute.
• Experience building relationships with employers for job opportunities.
• Ability to design and implement job placement-training programs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills essential.
• Ability to interact with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Interview students/graduates and assess job placement needs.
• Build and maintain employer relationships for opportunities.
• Assess employer needs and tailor training to meet them.
• Participate in regional and national workforce organizations.
• Develop job readiness seminars and life skills training.
• Coordinate and host job fairs and recruiting events.
• Advise students on employment strategies and resume writing.
