Job summary

Gold's Gym of the Carolinas and Florida is seeking career-focused personal trainers who want real earning potential, consistent clients, and a long-term path in fitness. This role emphasizes performance, professionalism, and building a robust client base on the gym floor.

You will coach 1-on-1 sessions, design safe, results-driven programs, and educate clients on movement, recovery, and nutrition while upholding Gold's Gym brand standards. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Personal Training certification and CPR/AED certification are required.
• Minimum 1 year of coaching experience and the ability to grow and manage your client books.
• Available to work evenings and/or weekends; maintain a professional appearance and communication.
• Physically able to demonstrate exercises and be active on the gym floor.

Responsibilities

• Coach 1-on-1 personal training sessions.
• Program safe, results-driven workouts.
• Educate clients on movements, recovery, and basic nutrition.
• Build relationships that drive retention and referrals.
• Engage members on the gym floor daily.
• Convert assessments into long-term clients.
• Track client progress (strength, body composition, performance).
• Maintain a clean, professional training space.
• Uphold Gold's Gym brand standards in appearance and conduct.
• Communicate clearly, follow up, and show up on time.
