Sierra Pacific Industries in Fremont, CA is seeking a Service Technician for Windows & Doors. This on-site role involves diagnosing field repairs, installing AAMA-certified windows and doors, and delivering excellent service.

The position offers $37–$45 per hour, a $1,500 hiring bonus, paid vacation and holidays, medical/dental/vision benefits, a retirement plan, and a company van with tools and training. Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ recent window and door service repair experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record.

Responsibilities

Currently, we are seeking a qualified individual to serve as a Service Technician and collaboratively work with our Windows division in Northern California. Qualified applicants should live in the Fremont, California area.

About The Position

• Diagnose and perform field repairs and provide excellent service levels
• This is a physical job that requires lifting, pushing/pulling, and climbing on ladders
• Perform AAMA-certified window and door installations
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
• Company will provide a service van, tools, and training
• Meet or exceed customer’s expectations
• Overnight travel may be required
