Job summary

Goodwill Industries of New Mexico (GINM) is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to assist customers, accept and process donations, and keep the sales floor stocked and organized. The role offers cross-training across departments and opportunities for advancement, with a starting pay of $13 per hour for a guaranteed 38 hours per week.

You will handle cash register operations, maintain store cleanliness, and provide excellent service while upholding confidentiality and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED, preferred.
• 1 year retail work experience or equivalent.
• Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to work extended hours and various schedules.
• Ability to handle money and provide accurate change.
