• Maintains state highway systems, including filling joints and potholes, flagging traffic, setting up signs and traffic control devices, and clearing debris.
• Maintains and repairs highway facilities, signs, guardrails, curbs, gutters, and equipment.
• Operates vehicles and machinery to transport staff and materials, plow snow, spread ice control materials, and perform related tasks.
• May repair bridge decks and drains and install signs and structural components.
