Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma and relevant sales experience; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• 2-4 years of business-to-business sales experience.
• Excellent negotiating, customer service, and cold calling skills.
• Passion for helping special and at-risk populations.

Responsabilités

• Identify and outreach employers with open job opportunities to generate new leads.
• Develop partnerships with employers to place program participants in jobs across industries.
• Provide career coaching, interview prep, and resume reviews for job-ready participants.
• Meet with participants to match them with available job opportunities.
• Schedule participants with employer partners for interviews and follow up on results.
• Generate sales leads and obtain referrals from current employer partnerships.
• Maintain strong relationships with employer partners and conduct on-site visits.
• Meet weekly, quarterly, and annual job placement targets.
• Manage daily schedules of site visits, appointments, and territory activities.
• Model professionalism, foster inclusiveness, and support clients toward full-time employment.
