C2 GPS Rural Capital Area seeks a dedicated Career Advisor I to provide career counseling and coaching for job seekers. In this role, you will enhance customer skillsets and expand employment opportunities while playing a vital part in C2 GPS’ mission.

The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or GED, with preference for an Associates or Undergraduate degree. Essential skills include knowledge of workforce development and exceptional interpersonal abilities. A bilingual preference in English and Spanish is emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• Prior related workforce experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
