Position Summary
The Career Coach is responsible for identifying, assessing, and preparing participants for employment opportunities through individualized career coaching, recruitment support, and workforce development services. This role manages a caseload focusing on participant engagement, job readiness, and placement outcomes. The Career Coach works closely with Account Managers to match qualified participants with available job opportunities and support placement outcomes and workforce success.

Program Overview:NADAP’s Pathways for Access to Careers and Employment (PACE) program is a new career services initiative funded by NYC's Human Resources Administration working with adults and youth, ages 18+, receiving cash assistance. PACE is designed to improve employment and training outcomes and provides individualized career planning, skills development, credential attainment, employment preparation, job placement and retention services.
