C2 Global Professional Services (C2 GPS) is seeking a Career Advisor I to provide career counseling and coaching to help customers enhance training and skills for employment. The role expands job seeker opportunities through exploration strategies and supports program participants.

You will guide job seekers, assess needs, and refer to training opportunities while maintaining ongoing case management and collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Previous related workforce experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess customers and determine career options aligned to long‑term goals.
• Inform about training opportunities and program eligibility for grant funded programs.
• Guide job seekers through career development and exploration using a range of tools.
• Provide labor market information and discuss expected pay in various industries.
• Assist with resume development, mock interviews, and job search strategies.
• Refer participants to training opportunities and financial aid options.
• Maintain continuous contact with caseload and provide ongoing career services.
• Develop cooperative working relationships with internal teams and external partners.
