Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates or undergraduate degree preferred.
• Previous workforce experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance with good driving record.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct career assessments to determine interests and aptitudes.
• Advise job seekers on training opportunities and labor market information.
• Guide through career development and job search strategies.
• Assist with resume development and mock interviews.
• Refer participants to training and support services.
