Job summary

Dynamic Workforce Solutions in Chicago, IL seeks a Career Coach (Non-exempt) to build local talent pipelines by connecting job seekers with open positions, planning program services, and referring qualified candidates to opportunities, with a strong emphasis on customer-centered support.

You will interview employers to assess needs, help businesses recruit top applicants, develop individualized employment plans, document interactions in well-written case notes, and ensure compliance with program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social services, Human Resources, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of two years' experience in staffing, recruiting, or workforce development with at least one year experience working with computer systems for data entry and data review.
• Previous workforce experience and/or case management experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with verbal and written communication skills and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of employment and recruiting practices; ability to assess customer employability skills and gaps.

PrimaryObjectivesofPosition TheCareer Coach isresponsibleforprovidingemployerswith qualified candidates by developing local job seekers through planning, program services, andappropriate referrals.

Qualifications
