Job summary

J. Blanton Plumbing is seeking an entry-level Warehouse, Fleet & Logistics Associate in the Chicagoland area. The role focuses on receiving and organizing materials, maintaining inventory, and ensuring equipment is ready for service calls.

You do not need prior warehouse or plumbing experience; a strong work ethic and reliability are essential. Two full-time schedules are offered: Mon–Fri at $20/hr and Sat–Wed at $22/hr, with higher weekend pay.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming plumbing materials, parts, equipment, and deliveries.
• Check deliveries for accuracy and report shortages or damaged items.
• Count inventory and help maintain accurate material quantities.
• Stage materials and equipment for upcoming plumbing jobs.
• Organize warehouse shelves, storage areas, and staging locations.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Assist with regular inventory counts.
• Process and organize returns and unused materials.
