Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Career Accelerator Program (CAP) in Dallas. You will learn embedded software design techniques, participate in the software development life-cycle, and gain hands-on experience on TI device architectures and SDKs.

You will work with a software design team and explore roles across Software Applications, Software Systems, and Test while developing foundational skills on day one.

Qualifications

In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI and set you up for long-term career success. As a Software Engineer, you will be part of a software design team where you'll learn the essentials of embedded systems design techniques, including foundational software development processes, the software development life-cycle and software development tools. You will gain knowledge of the following:

• Foundational software development processes and life-cycle
• Embedded software tools including industry best practices
• Essentials for real-time embedded systems design and techniques to write and debug code
• TI device architecture
• Software IP licensing and Open Source
• Software Development Kits (SDKs)
