In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI, and set you up for long-term career success. As an Accountant, you will support internal controls, ensure financial statement accuracy, and be a business partner in supporting TI's growth strategies. You will own execution of income statement and balance sheet close activities, inter-company costing, audits, inventory valuation, and more. Your role may be in one or more of these areas: Manufacturing, Business Units, or Financial Accounting.
