Pacific Pointe Senior Apartments in Chula Vista, CA is seeking compassionate Caregivers to join our team at a new on-site site. You will provide personal care, companionship, and support to residents, helping maintain dignity and independence in daily living.

• Incorporating Harm Reduction and De-escalation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide companionship and engage residents in activities to promote social interaction and cognitive health.
• Help with meal preparation, serving, and feeding assistance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.
