Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD seeks a Clinical Customer Service Representative to serve as the central point of contact on the care unit for patients, families, visitors and the health care team. This fast-paced role requires professional, friendly and efficient daily performance.

The position features weekend night shifts (Sat-Sun, 7:00pm-7:30am), full benefits, and tuition reimbursement for you and dependents, plus PTO and wellness incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months in healthcare or office setting.
• Substantial interpersonal skills are needed to interact with patients, families and medical staff.
• Ability to initiate and build positive relationships following Johns Hopkins Customer Service standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, proficiency with presentation and spreadsheet software preferred.
• Ability to learn and incorporate a variety of clinical and administrative automated systems and software into daily work duties.
