Job summary

Longterm Health Management Services is seeking a Hospital Liaison to support marketing efforts and ensure smooth transitions from acute to post-acute care. You will foster hospital referrals, build discharge-planning relationships, and drive marketing activities to expand resident admissions.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, has 1 year of marketing experience (2 years preferred), and brings proven sales and interpersonal skills to a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 1 year of experience in a marketing or similar role; 2 years in related experience preferable.
• Strong sales experience and interpersonal skills; ability to self-start.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage referrals from hospitals.
• Develop relationships with hospital discharge planning personnel.
• Plan and execute marketing and sales activities to support resident transitions.
