Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• Med-tech or CNA Certification within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: Experience in healthcare or mental health.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care that promotes safety and therapeutic engagement.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Take and document vital signs and wellness checks.
• Respond appropriately to behavioral health or medical crises.

Skills

High school diploma or GED

Certified in CPR/First Aid

Med-tech or CNA Certification

Experience in healthcare or mental health

Education

Associate’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
