Vail Health's Breast & Plastic Surgery clinic seeks a Care Technician to be a key part of a compassionate, high-performing care team. You’ll provide direct patient care, gather histories, and help manage clinic flow in a patient-facing role.

You’ll work with providers to carry out clinical orders, schedule and discharge patients, and maintain a clean, safe environment, upholding HIPAA and Vail Health values. Training offered.

Competenze

• 1 year of Care Tech experience preferred.
• Certification/licensure required: EMT (CO), CNA (CO), CMA, RMA, NCMA, CCMA, MAC, or NRCMA.
• BLS certification.
• Strong communication, organization, and basic computer skills.

Mansioni

• Provide direct patient care, including collecting histories, taking vital signs, and documenting accurately in the EMR.
• Support daily clinic operations by coordinating patient flow and preparing exam/procedure rooms.
• Work closely with providers to carry out clinical orders and ensure exceptional patient experiences.
• Assist with scheduling, admitting, and discharging patients.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment.

In this patient-facing role, you’ll often be the first point of contact—supporting providers, coordinating clinic flow, and delivering hands-on care that makes a real difference in patients’ lives.

What You’ll Do

• Provide direct patient care, including collecting histories, taking vital signs, and documenting accurately in the EMR

What You’ll Need

Pay is based upon relevant education and experience per hour.

Hourly Pay:

$22—$28.39 USD
