Tidewell Hospice, a part of Empath Health is seeking a Care Team Manager to join our team. The Care Team Manager is an integral component of the leadership team at Tidewell Hospice. The Care Team Manager is an integral component of the leadership team with responsibility for conveying the Mission/Vision to the community served. The Care Team Manager is directly responsible for compliance with governing state and federal regulations as well as standards of care guideline requirements of accreditation agencies. Through oversight and supervision of clinical and non-clinical staff, the Care Team Manager has the primary responsibility and authority for maintaining quality of patient care in accordance with the organization’s objectives and policies through planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating the services provided to patients and families.
