Job summary

Mississippi State Hospital is seeking a first-level supervisory professional to plan and manage a treatment sub-unit or multiple residential locations. You will supervise direct care staff and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized habilitation or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Ideal candidates have strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and 3–5+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates must have a good attitude, be ready and willing to learn and grow, have strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.
• Typically requires High School Diploma or high school equivalency, and 3-5+ years of experience.
• May require a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) designation.

Responsibilities

• First-level supervisory position accountable for professional program planning and management for a treatment sub-unit or multiple residential locations.
• Develops, implements, coordinates, and evaluates individual habilitation or treatment plans for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervises direct care staff.
